Before work

1. Clean the car body dust and dirt, ensure the wheels and tracks are clean, and ensure that the braking performance is not affected.
2. Check whether the body fasteners are in good condition.
3. Check whether the brake device is safe and reliable, and the parts must be free from deformation and open welding.
4. The frame has no deformation or cracks. In particular, whether the upper deflection of the middle beam and the middle part of the side beam of the underframe is within the specified limit.

At work

1. The operator must not leave the job without authorization and must operate carefully and not do anything unrelated to the work.
2. The start-up and stop of all equipment included in the linkage must follow the start-up and stop sequence of the process flow.
3. The operating speed of the logistics platform truck must comply with the process regulations, and it is not allowed to increase the operating speed of the equipment without authorization.
4. After the insurance sign is cut off, the reason must be found out before the new sign can be replaced. The new insurance must be standard, and it is strictly prohibited to replace it with bolts or iron rods.
5. Pay close attention to the operation of the equipment. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it must be shut down for inspection immediately, and the work can be continued after troubleshooting.
6. After an accident occurs in the battery flat car, it must be shut down and cut off the power supply, and the accident site must be maintained and reported to relevant departments for analysis and treatment.

After work:  

1. Stop the equipment and cut off the power supply.
2. Cleaning the equipment and cleaning the worksite.
